Why DogsWelcome exists

Built by a host who understood the problem

DogsWelcome was founded by Jeremy Stewart, an Australian accommodation host and Airbnb Superhost who saw how difficult it was for travellers to know whether a property genuinely suited their dog — and how easily unclear expectations could create problems for hosts.

DogsWelcome was built to make those expectations clear before a booking is made, helping hosts welcome dogs confidently and travellers find the right stay.
